DIS Student Posting
Having experience in research is a requirement for most graduate programs; therefore, students who wish to eventually seek an advanced degree after they graduate with their Bachelor's are encouraged to apply.
The primary duty of the DIS student is to act as an experimenter for on-going projects. Depending on the performance and reliability of the student, other duties may include data processing, entry, and form creation.
- Position Duties:
- Collect data on younger and older participants.
- Organize and process study data using SPSS and Excel.
- Conduct literature searches and code articles.
- Benefits:

- High performing students may be given co-authorship in a future study.
- Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Completion of a research methodology course with a B grade or higher.
- Must have an interest in Cognitive Psychology.
- Must commit to two (2) semesters.
- Must be reliable.
