Erin Renee Harrell, B.A.

Doctorate Student of Dr. Chris Schatschneider with specialized interests in children with reading disabilities and the efficacy of a problem-solving based curriculum.  Ms. Renee has extensive training in phonics instruction within preschool and early elementary settings.  She currently serves as a graduate mentor to minority students through Florida Georgia Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation, an organization under the directorship of the National Science Foundation (NSF).  When not engaged in her research, she spends her spare time participating in missionary activities in conjunction with the United Methodist Church.
