Bobby is our network and systems administrator. He manages all of
our departmental servers, as well as the department network regarding
both hardware and software issues. Another of Bobby's responsibilities
is to aid all computer users within the department. User support duties
include: consulting and assisting users with purchase decisions, setup
and configuration of computer systems, hardware and software troubleshooting,
and setup of email accounts.
