Membership
Criteria
Since Psi Chi is an honor's society, we strive to keep the level of excellence in our organization high. Due to this, the following requirements are in place, as established both by the national Psi Chi organization and by Florida State University.
* 3.2 Overall GPA
* 3.2
Psychology GPA
* Have completed 12 hours of psychology courses (PSY 2012 plus 3 additional course offerings)
* Psychology
major or minor

Chi at FSU
Psi Chi strives to provide psychology
majors and minors the opportunity to meet peers with similar
interests and obtain insight into the professional development
issues and operations of a large psychology department.
For example, we routinely sponsor a "Grad Night",
which gives Psi Chi students insights into graduate school and
the different areas of study in psychology.
Application
To apply to join Psi Chi, come by our
office in A107 PDB and pick one up or download an application
from this web site.
We are currently accepting applications. The deadline is Fri., Feb. 2nd. You may download an application through the link on this page, and turn it in during the posted Psi Chi office hours or by sliding it under the door.
If you choose to download the application, please do not e-mail the completed application to us. Please print out the completed application and drop it off at the Psi Chi Office (A107 PDB). Thanks!
