The Scarborough Historical Archives committee (SHAC) is composed of (on 8/14/07)Dr. James C. Smith, Dr. Robert Contreras and Mr. Stan Warmath. The committee was named after the initial historical document created by Dr. Barron B. Scarborough, long time faculty member and Associate Chair.

The first web site describing the history of the Department of Psychology was developed by Mr. Kristopher Ian Mathis, an undergraduate project for the History and Systems of Psychology course taught by Dr. Michael Rashotte in the Spring of 1999. Some of the information from his website has been incorporated into this website.

This site has been constructed and is maintained primarily by Dr. Michael Rashotte and Stan Warmath. A special note of appreciation is expressed to Department graphic artist John Chalcraft for his design of the Archives logo and seemingly endless scanning efforts.
