If so, you may benefit from a group being offered at the FSU Psychology Clinic.  The group is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Training Group, a scientifically-supported intervention that is designed to help people who suffer from these problems.

The group meets for two hours each week in the evening.

Two groups are offered on different evenings.

The fee for group sessions is $8 per session.
