Clinic Research
The FSU Psychology Clinic is a research and training facility affiliated with the Clinical Psychology Program of the Department of Psychology at Florida State University. Because the Clinic serves as a research facility for the Department of Psychology, graduate students and faculty occasionally conduct research projects in the Clinic. Clients are expected to participate in projects for which they may be appropriate. You will be informed about the nature of any project that requires your active participation. In general, these projects are not time-consuming and often simply involve the completion of brief questionnaires. A consent for taping, observation, and research participation is required of all clients who receive Clinic services. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, you are welcome to discuss it with clinic personnel.
